general features:

The bright and modern apartment has been renovated and refurnished recently . The Spanish atmosphere has been preserved.

The walls in the kitchen and in the bathroom,all floors- also on the terace -received new tiles. All walls have been replastered and painted. The terrace has a bench surrounding it.

A new fitted kitchen has been installed, the sanitary facilities have been redone.

There is a cealing fan for fresh air. Every bedroom is equipped with a mosquito net - in case that some mosquito have slipped into the apartment. You normally won´t need it.

Please remember that the tap water is not suitable for drinking - like in the whole area. We, however, use for wash ourselves, brushing our teeth and cooking.

extras:

A satellite tv is located in the living room, it has many German and some English speaking programs. Furthermore a radio with CD and cassette players is at hand. By October 2001 there will be a VHS- VCR.

There is no telephone, but a telephone box is nearby. Mobile telephones reception is very good.

heating:

For heating there are two electrical heaters. By the end of the summer season we probably will install a heating insert to the fireplace.

washing machine :

The washing machine can be found in the bathroom. The laundry can be dried on the clothesline and/or on the clothes horse.

Iron and ironing board are available for our holiday guests.

windows:

There are double windows to make sure that the isolation of the apartment is sufficient-which is important only in lower seasons.

terrace:

A sun blind on the south side is protecting you from too intense sun impact, the east part is covered.

For breakfeast on the sun terrace you can use the garden furniture which is located threre and two deckchairs for sunbathing.

The bench surrounding the terrace offers nice views.

There is also a tap outside if needed.

hygiene:

The bed linen, pillows, bed covers and blankets are laundered regularly. The mattresses are changed in time. Please help us to preserve good hygienic conditions. Please refer to us or the persons who looks after the apartment on our behalve, if you have a proposal.
