The apartment is situated in the urbanisation "San Juan de Capistrano" slightly above Nerja. It has fantastic panoramic views to the sea, the town and to the hillside.

The position inside the urbanisation - at the end of a cul-de-sac - makes shure there is little traffic.

A bus shuttle service (bus stop ca. 100 ms) between the urbanisation, the beach and Nerja is available. Distance to the beach and Nerja about 1-2 kms.

In addition to the large communal lake-shaped pool (open April to October) there is a pool for children. Supermarkets, bars und restaurants nearby.

You reach the entrance of the appartment walking over 65 steps because the Andalucian style urbanisation is inbedded in the hills.

After reaching the panoramic terrace, you do know why.

But for shure: the apartment is not apted for children below the age of 8 and for persons who are no good walkers or handicapped.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living-room with fireplace and attached kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC and the large sun terrace.

We offer you television, radio, CD, cassetteplayer.

From the living-room and the bedroom you reach the beautiful large panoramic terrace (16 sqms) - facing south. It surrounds the apartment on the eastern and southern part. The eastern part is covered (photo).

On the south side there is a sun blind.

Be sure:

The sun welcomes you right in the morning and in the evening you can expect fantastic sunsets.

Inspite of the panoramic view, although, you can be seen from outside only if you are standing directly at the balustrade or sitting on the bench which surrounds the inner edge of the terrace.

The first bedroom has a double bed, the second one two separate beds.

In the bathroom you find a washing machine.

The kitchen is fully furnished with glass ceramic cooking zone, microwave mit the the function of an oven and a grill, toaster, coffee-maker, cooker hood etc.

Two deckchairs and garden furniture are on the terrace.
